1. Agreement to Terms By downloading, installing, or using OkayNWA (referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the App.

2. License Grant Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, OkayNWA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.

3. Intellectual Property Rights The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OkayNWA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. User Content OkayNWA allows users to submit or post content, including but not limited to comments and reviews. By submitting or posting such content, you grant OkayNWA a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display and perform, and otherwise use the content for any purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall OkayNWA or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

6. Termination OkayNWA reserves the right to terminate your license to use the App at any time without prior notice or liability if you breach any provision of this EULA.

7. Governing Law This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Severability If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

9. Entire Agreement This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between OkayNWA and you concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.

By using the OkayNWA app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
