I'm new to the area and was struggling to figure out what was going on in the area. I'd often hear about events after the fact or not at all. So in an effort to know what was going on, I tried to consolidate everything that was going on.

Each venue and location is different so the app uses a variety of methods like web scraping, sourcing email content from mailing lists, facebook event listings, ticketing apis, etc.. It's all a work in progress.
